Use rubbing alcohol to clean the finding end or the earring only (hook, stud, clip-on whatever it may be). DO NOT place beaded ends into rubbing alcohol as it will deteriorate the thread used and may be harmful to any of the non-glass beads used in the creation of this jewelry. The higher the percentage of alcohol, the more effective the cleaning will be. It is recommended that you clean all your jewelry in this fashion to keep your jewelry clean and sanitized.
